The East Ridge Lady Warriors traveled to Jenkins to take on the Lady Cavaliers as part of the annual Christmas Tournament, and they came ready to compete. East Ridge controlled the game from start to finish, cruising to a convincing 52–32 victory.
The Lady Warriors were led by sensational sophomore Kourtlee Keene, who poured in a game-high 24 points. Keene dominated the second quarter, scoring 16 points in the frame to help put the game out of reach. Her all-around performance also included 10 steals and four rebounds and being named the Surplus Products Player of the Game.
