APSN Girls Player of the Week

Kylie Kinner of Paintsville put on an electrifying performance last week at the WYMT Classic, earning her recognition as APSN Girls Player of the Week.

Although Paintsville finished the week with a 1–1 record, there was no question who stole the spotlight. In the opening matchup against Hazard, Kinner was nearly unstoppable, pouring in 32 points while adding 4 rebounds in a standout offensive display. She followed that performance with another dominant showing in the second game, leading the Paintsville Tigers with 28 points and 12 rebounds, showcasing her ability to impact the game in multiple ways.

Kinner’s game goes far beyond scoring. She is a relentless defender, constantly creating deflections and disrupting passing lanes—effort plays that often turn into easy buckets for herself and her teammates. Her energy, awareness, and hustle set the tone on both ends of the floor and make her one of the most complete players to watch.

Congratulations to Kylie from all of us at APSN! 🏀
